The forest is essential to human society and the natural environment and harmonious relations. Forest resource change has a direct impact on the national ecological security. It is of great significant to achieve sustainable development of social and economic. In recent years, there has a certain exploration to the service function of the forest ecosystem. But some targeted research to the village of forest ecosystem service function is still in its initial stage. In China, most of the forest resources is distributed over the rural areas. Due to Devoting major efforts to developing economy, and paying attention to the construction of city in early age, the environment to some extent destroyed, and urban-rural gap got bigger. Therefore, the research to the function of rural forest ecosystem service is helpful for people to improve their uderstanding and to change their traditional ecological concept. So that it can realize the three unity of rural forest ecological system, ecological, economic and social. And it can provide a basis for the local government to make relevant policy, so as to realize the sustainable development of rural forestry.This paper has summarized the present situation of service function of the forest ecosystem at home and abroad. On the basis of fully investigation in areas, it has constructed the assessment index system of the rural forest ecosystem service function, and has evaluated the value of each aspects of the service function. The specific research results are as follows:(1) Using the theoretical analysis method, analytic hierarchy process, expert consultation method to construct the rural forest ecosystem service function assessment index system,7respects of providing forest by-product, water conservation, soil fertility, fixing carbon and releasing oxygen, purify the environment, biodiversity maintenance, recreation and health care is evaluated by11index.(2) By using the market value method, production cost method,the value of Forest Ecosystem service function of Ma Jiahe Township is458.88X105yuan/a.Forest ecosystem service function value as follows:①carbon fixation and oxygen release value is225.58X105yuan/a;②biodiversity function value is135.39X105yuan/a;③the solid fertilizer and soil conservation function value is54.32X105yuan/a;④the purifying environment function value is31.35x105yuan/a;⑤the recreation health care function value is6.56x105yuan/a;⑥and providing forest products function value is3.44x105yuan/a;⑦the function of water conservation value is2.25X105yuan/a.(3) Using the market value method, production cost method, different forest types of township of Ma Jiahe in service function value is obtained, in which broadleaved forest and Chinese fir is valuable, the single service function value of all forest types in the country is in the forefront. The economic forest and bamboo forest, although smaller, but provide service ability is stronger.for the climate and soil conditions are moderate, It’s verysuitable for economic forest and bamboo forest cultivation for the moderate climate and soil conditions. In the township of Ma Jiahe, Fruit trees and Camellia forest are given priority to plant as economic forest. Fruit output is very large in every year. Camellia oleifera oil rate is up to52%for top grade, as edible oil, and can be used for industrial use,its value can not be ignored.This paper constructs the rural forest ecosystem service function assessment index system, for our country forest ecosystem assessment provides the basis, is conducive to the realization of rural forest ecosystem economic benefit, ecological benefit and social benefit is unified.
