The implementation of entrepreneurship education in higher vocational education is not only the needs of the development itself, but also the needs to follow China’s national conditions of higher vocational education reform and the needs of innovative, entrepreneurial talents to build an innovative country and develop entrepreneurial-based economy. It has a very important practical significance and long-term significance, so that the implementation of entrepreneurship education has become a higher education reform and development of vocational and technical direction and goals. The entrepreneurship education is the sublimation and development, entrepreneurship education and training is entrepreneurial, innovative talents, both employment, more entrepreneurship and innovation, but also to bring more people to employment. Thus the problem of employment of vocational students would be radically solved.Talent cultivation lack of the initiative to research, independent thinking, active study, deduction and induction training, makes the students’ innovation consciousness weak in vocational colleges. However, along with China’s social and economic construction and development, the talent demand of specialization and diversification is increasing. People have more and more demands of comprehensive ability on undergraduates at all levels. To solve the above problems, this paper take the vocational students of GuangDong Communication Polytechnic for example, focusing on integrated qualities and creative ability of students are studied. Through the test, colleges can further reform talents training strategies and measures, and make vocational students have innovation and creative skill. Research has important theoretical significance and practical value.This paper described the content and features of entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges and analysed the importance of higher vocational schools to enhance the entrepreneurship education and investigated the problems in entrepreneurship education of current higher vocational schools. In this paper, competence is based on higher vocational students and graduates. Through a questionnaire survey, find out problems of vocational college students’ employment and creative ability. The reveals the students need to have four kinds of capabilities: team behavior, communication and learning, awareness of creation and success, the ability to seek help. It is not only the need of state and enterprise, but the talent and ability training requirements. On this basis, It puts forward a targeted countermeasures to enhance entrepreneurship education and implementation, with satisfying teaching results. Based on the research results of the competency model of higher vocational students’ integrated qualities and creative capability evaluation index system, it can be acted as an effectively testing method to improve higher vocational students’ creation.
