Billing System is a core system in a game company, it is the nerve centre in the market. In the increasingly competitive market of modern business, the smooth running of the billing system can ensure the game company’s market competitiveness to be continuously strengthened.At this stage in our country there are some serious problems where can not be avoided in most of the small and medium game companies,for example,the majority of the system remains in a single database or service stage, it is difficult to adapt to growing business needs,the system links between modules is too close and inseparatable, disaster recovery and data recoverysystem problems are difficult to solve.The subject tries to combine the characteristics of domestic and internationallarge-scale systems to analysis the billing system,code,develop and monitor the billing system to sum up some of the issues and propose appropriate solotions.In this paper,we focus on the game company’s actual requirements,using object-oriented development method and software engineering priciples of the system,carry out a detailed nees analysis,design and test.Using Java programing language,combined with Oracle 10g database platform,we build on application based on B/S structure.The billing system has been sucessfully applied to a company’s operation,it is not only ensure the normal operation, supply the demand of the new and evolving business needs,and ensure the reliable real-time update and deployment.It is also achieved good economic results.
