In the complex business areas and the human resources of enterprises has become the core factor of competition between enterprises, managers facing the main problem has become how to effectively manage and use of human resources. And in human resources management, how to motivate employees autonomy as organizations provide voluntary, beyond the job minimum requirements contribution, is the enterprise organization’s survival and success must consider the factors. Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) Citizenship Behavior in, is such kind of employee independent provide, outsourced jobs act, and also in recent years and organizational Behavior academic and business of common concern issues relating to the research achievements have in improving enterprise management efficiency have a role to play. This paper selects the organizational citizenship behavior as a focus of application employee organizational citizenship behavior of related theory, combined with the catering enterprises, this paper discusses the working characteristics of catering enterprises employee organizational citizenship behavior situation and improvement measures, which, on the one hand, to provide reference for catering enterprises management practice and guidance, on the other hand also enriched and expanded employee organizational citizenship behavior research achievements.This paper is an empirical analysis of the research method, and based on the questionnaire survey and on-site interview, and reference as the predecessor’s research achievements, write catering enterprises employee organizational citizenship behavior questionnaire, and the corresponding investigation, with SPSS statistical software for data collected the descriptive statistical analysis and factor analysis and variance test analysis, and concluded that research conclusion.This paper is divided into five parts. The first chapter expounds the research background and meaning. The second chapter summarizes previous research achievements, and according to this research objects and purposes of employee organizational citizenship behavior of related literature comb. The third chapter in Hohhot areas catering enterprises staff as samples were studied, and the results of the study show that surveyed employee organizational citizenship behavior in middle rdi level; According to the difference analysis conclusion, personal characteristics different, employee organizational citizenship behavior of some factor exist significant differences. The fourth chapter summarizes research institute come to the conclusion, analyzes the problems existing in the catering enterprises, simultaneously according to these conclusions proposed better keep and improve employee organizational citizenship behavior suggestion. The fifth chapter pointed out in this paper the insufficiency and the prospects for future study.This article through questionnaires and interviews, composing the small and medium-sized catering enterprises employee organizational citizenship behavior questionnaire, using the factor analysis method, the statistical principles and hohehot area of small and medium-sized catering enterprises staff were investigated. Results showed that:(1) the Hohhot area small and medium-sized catering enterprises employee organizational citizenship behavior, including helping behavior, initiative and responsibility consciousness three dimensions, and organizational citizenship behavior in middle rdi level. (2) staff personal characteristics are different, employee organizational citizenship behavior of some factor exist significant differences. Through in-depth interviews, found that small and medium-sized catering enterprises existing problems as follows:(1) organization care and organize the training is the employee organizational citizenship behavior produce the important influence factors. (2) employee organizational citizenship behavior delimited three parts that makes sense, but in catering enterprises, due to the lack of enterprise culture construction, exist positive initiative and responsibility consciousness of irregularities is relatively small. (3) catering enterprises employee organizational citizenship behavior may and leadership stye. (4) employee’s personal characteristics of its organizational citizenship behavior has a certain effect.In this paper the innovation points for:in reference to related theory and based on the questionnaire survey compiled, and studied Hohhot area small and medium-sized catering enterprises employee organizational citizenship behavior situation. Through empirical analysis to explore the catering enterprises staff personal characteristics and employee organizational citizenship behavior, and the relationship between the pertinence suggestion for catering enterprises, believe that these conclusions for catering enterprises have certain reference value.
