The Credit Risk Analysis and Business Monitor in China Merchants Bank

At present our country’s financial market is non-standard. Credit legal system is not perfect. People’s financial knowledge is relatively lack. For risk management staff in bank, it is worth of study and urgent task how to correctly understand the job responsibilities, and to develop the credit business and new successful model of promoting credit business. To take the examples of the foreign successful cases, the author detailed analyses the current problems of credit risk control, puts forward a feasible way that is new and original for overcoming the weakness of credit business and lowering the credit risk.The first chapter describes the current situation and the main credit business of China Merchants Bank and points out the weakness and insufficient of credit risk control; the second chapter analyses enterprise credit risk control and improvements; the third chapter illustrates the importance of individual credit evaluation system for credit risk control and provides beneficial ideas; the forth chapter deeply analyses the difficulty of individual credit risk control in China Merchants Bank and provides some suggestions and solutions; The fifth chapter puts forward new ideas of risk assessment.The creative points of this paper are as follows: first, on the basis of the author’s working experience, finding the working weakness, making a analysis and a summary of the current situation of domestic credit, discussing the meaning of enterprise and individual credit business from various perspectives; second, making a dialectical analysis of credit risk work, besides objective factors, the bank inside subjective reason causing risk badly; third, according to the work difficulty, making a analysis and putting forward improvements, mainly in the expansion of the credit business while reducing the financial risk, maintaining the normal order of finance, ensuring the safety of credit funds.
