Fukezhidai tablet is recorded in the first volume of 《Preparatin Standard for Chinese patent medicine》 issued by state ministry of public health, made up of the seven extracts as bank of Cortex ailanthi. Cortex phellodendri amurense, Poria, Rhizoma dioscoreae, Corii asini, Carapax et Plastrum testudinis and Fructus schisandrae chinensi with the function of clearing heat and drying wetness, and mainly used for chronic cervicitis, colpitis endometritis and other gynecologic diseases. There weren’ t any assaying item in the standard, and the preparation technology was ambiguous, the only four physical and chemical tests are general but not specialized. So, this research, in the foundation of keeping the original technology unchanged , carried on a thorough research about crude drug quantity, preparation technology and quality control using modern pharmaceutical techniques, and then optimized the preparation technology and established the quality control standard of fukezhidai tablet and crude drug. The main contents and results are as follows:1.The extracting technology of bank of Cortex ailanthi is studied, which is based on the quantity of dry extractive material and alcohol extractum. The optimized extracting technology is boiling the crude drug twice, ten times water for the first time, and eight for the second, every time for two hours. The liquid is merged, filtered and concentrated in the condition of decompression. When the density reaches 1. 10(60℃) and the concentration of ethanol achieves 50%,the concentration is stoped and disposited for 24 hours.2. The extracting technology of Cortex phellodendri amurense is studied, which is based on the concentration of berberine and the quantity of dry extractive material. The optimized extracting technology is boiling the crude drug three times, each time for one and half a hour, ten times 85% ethanol for the first time, eight and six times for the second and third time.3. The extracting technology of Poria is studied, which is based on the concentration of Pachyman and the quantity of dry extractive material. We used the method of UV Determinnation of Gatif loxacin to determine the amount of Pachyman. The optimized extracting technology is that Poria is smashed, added 12 times 65% ethanol, carryed on the diacolation with the speed of the 1-3 mls/kg of every minute.4. The extracting technology of Rhizoma dioscoreae and Fructus schisandrae chinensis were studied, which is based on the quantity of dry extractive material.
