This article has introduced the research and development status of the domestic and foreign compound conductive macromolecular materials, and by consulting the massive domestic and foreign literature material, broke inherent pattern which formerly studied, analyzed the present situation which product in the industry of high polymer matrix and the electric conduction padding synthesis processing, the agriculture and the daily life abandons. The author carries on compound using the solid waste reject as the high polymer matrix and the electric conduction padding, from manufacturing the high performance conductive waste compound conductive macromolecular materials angle to conduct the research, attempts to provide ideas and authority to the waste compound conductive functional materials research and the waste thermoplastic comprehensive utilization.The object of the article is waste compound conductive macromolecular materials. The topic research main content is to use two kinds of solid waste reject including themetal as the electric conduction padding------one is the scrap material which grindedin the machining workshop and the other is the gray iron which is byproduct of planer to take, two kinds of high polymers solid waste reject as the high polymermatrix------one is cleaned waste plastic bag and the other is the cleaned wasteagricultural mulch film mixes builds up the preparation waste compound conductive macromolecular materials. In order to obtain the good performance conductive waste compound materials ,the author has manufactured the different quality percentage test specimen, and separately tested the electric performance and machine capability of the four series test specimens according to the corresponding National Standard, and finally found the raw material allocated proportion and the raw material combination each performance most superior test specimen for each best performance, and has carried on the golden microscope and the scanning electron microscope analysis to the most superior test specimen, inspects its internal interface situation and the padding distributed situation from the microscopic aspect;The author used the image analysis system carries on the quantitative analysis to the golden micrographfrom the crystal grain size and the metallographic phase organization’s percentage two aspects, Using stereology principle, the research metallics microscopic distribution situation and its forms the space in the high polymer matrix to lead the electrical network chain structure the theory basis.The experiment has determined the best compound craft parameter: Open chain machine’s initial heating temperature is 150 °C,the material mixes builds up lOmin, mould pressing pressure is 20Mpa, the time of maintaining pressure is lmin. Under compound craft same condition, the experiment take the waste agricultural mulch film as the high polymer matrix and take scrap material to be grinded the waste compound conductive macromolecular materials which prepares for the electric conduction padding as four kinds of in each performance most superior. In this series, also by the scrap material to be grinded: a waste agricultural mulch film =3:1 group of machine capability and the electric performance achieves superiorly.
