Since China and Korea established diplomatic relations, bilateral economic and trade cooperation become more close, China and Korea are important trading partners. China now up to Korea’s largest investment market, the best investment targets and largest investment destination. Although emerge a group of Successful Korean enterprises in China, but the vast majority of Korean companies investing in China is simply for the sake of production efficiency, ignoring the cultural differences, cultural management "acclimatization" of the problem has never been very good to settle.The quality of construction enterprise culture determines the success or failure of multinational operations, which can build to match with the host culture, while culture has its own characteristics determine whether multinational companies based in the host market. The study shows that the same success in China is a characteristic of Korean enterprises have a unique localization distinct corporate culture.Localization of the host culture is the essence of good corporate culture and cultural integration, exclusion and cultural elements of the host discord. Such internal corporate culture can be different cultural backgrounds within the enterprise staff recognized, accepted, and enhance staff’s cohesion and sense of belonging, enhance competition among power companies;Externally, it can establish a good corporate image, public access to the host society’s approval.In this paper, culture construction of Korean companies in China as the research object, analyzes how Korean companies under the of Chinese cultural background indigenization enterprise culture, so that Korean enterprises in the Chinese market management process, not only suitable for China’s economic environment, but also to adapt to the Chinese social and cultural environment, to enhance its core competitiveness, promote the sustainable development of enterprises. First, the analysis of Korean business conditions in China, comparative analysis of Korean investment in China and the failure of successful business enterprises differ, construction of the localization of Korean corporate culture is to improve the operational difficulties in China, enhance their competitiveness in an important way. South Korea followed in-depth analysis of the socio-cultural, business and cultural differences, of Korea’s corporate culture and Chinese social and cultural aspects of the conflict, based on the basis of this theory of corporate culture, cross-cultural theory and the localization theory of structure, built out of Korea in China owned enterprise culture building process model localization. Then all aspects of the process model described in detail.Chinese multinational companies can learn from the application of the culture localization construction of Korean corporate in China.
