With the development of our national economy, modern power supply enterprise economic development in the increasingly prominent role, and in the power supply enterprise management, business operators to pay more and more attention to the management of human resources, among them, the most challenging work of enterprise internal personnel is one of the performance evaluation mechanism and management system construction and implementation. Because, in today’s competitive environment, which the power supply enterprise to fight for the enterprise the most advantageous resources, talents, who may achieve market competition victory. Therefore, establishing a scientific and reasonable employee performance evaluation mechanism, retiring, motivate the staffs working enthusiasm and creativity, is the power supply enterprise survival and development of the basic.In view of this, this article takes the jiangxi N county power supply company as an example, the use of enterprise staff performance appraisal theory, systematic from jiangxi N county electric power supply company of performance appraisal theory, incentive, staff development, this paper discussed jiangxi N county electric power supply company staff performance evaluation.
