Geology of the coal industry is an important part of economic security, and geological personnel security is the important industrial safety geological formations. Personnel security or not will directly affect the healthy development of geological industries. It now looks talents for the industry safety situation, geology to realize this total ideas put forward a grim challenge. Based on the analysis of geological talents for the industry safety, present situation and its influence factor, formulate correct talent strategy, establish geological technical personnel, to make the performance evaluation system of geological enterprise core competitive power, ensure geological industry safety is of far-reaching significance.Based on the basis of predecessors’ achievements in Shanxi Province, first, for example, coal-geology bureauand of geological technical personnel’s basic characteristics and influence factors of its performance, the quantitative and qualitative analysis method of geological technical personnel, analyzes the main content and the performance evaluation indicator system structure. Then, according to the design of the performance evaluation system of ideology and principle, construct the performance evaluation index system, and then at various levels of analytic hierarchy process (ahp) quantitative indexes of index weight and determined and fuzzy mathematics theory, multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method of geological technical personnel, establish the model of the performance evaluation system. Finally, this article puts forward the implementing procedures and performance evaluation system, and the problems that should be paid attention to the performance evaluation system need further perfection.
