Capacitor sensor has a lot of advantages, including simple structure, high sensitivity and strong resistance to radiation and high temperature, but with low-price. While there are also some disadvantages such as down-lead inconvenience, output signal disturbance, temperature drift and nonlinear influence, which limit its application.Now, the result of application of ACCUSTAR angle sensor is not very well. It’s actual accuracy is very low. One reason is that some users don’t know deeply the sensor’s shortage, so don’t improve it before using; the other is that some users who have known its blemish can’t see the captured data as a whole, they only see one of them as the final result. So they’ll impossible design the method of correcting error. The accuracy of ACCUSTAR angle sensor is very low. This thesis study it’s concrete characteristic. From the experiment’s data, before sampling I have analysed the shortage of the ACCUSTAR angle sensor, plot its error curve and established linear drawing up to match to correct it. Then I will adjust it to zero and set a mark before using it, and improve the examining environment. After dissolving these problems I begin sampling, then design three ways of correcting error: acquire the arithmetic equal based on the positive situation distribution; by minimum two multiply; by neural network., have basic solved its various problems.
