Research on the Interlocking System of Three Vehicles Based on Wireless Induction

The automatic control of the coke oven vehicles, so called "interlocking system of three vehicles", is an important part of coke oven’s safety production. Based on the comparison and analysis of worldwide application, we improved on the position detecting methods of wireless induction, and designed a new interlocking system of three vehicles.The whole system is composed of several parts: main computer; three vehicle controllers located on each vehicle and three position detecting units. Main computer collects the real-time data, and controls vehicles according to defined parameters.
