Interactive fair effects of entrepreneurial process

Entrepreneurship has significant role both in personal development and social progress, and entrepreneurial enterprise has an irreplaceable role in economic development and promoting employment. So, how to improve people’s entrepreneurial enthusiasm, improve entrepreneurial success rate and promote the development of entrepreneurial enterprise, has been the focus of theory and business. A large amount of research found that organizational justice and organizational commitment within the organization is an important factor affecting organizational performance. But most of these studies are done by overseas scholars in foreign enterprises, may not have cross-cultural validity.In the eyes of enterprise employees in China, the interpersonal level and man ability shown from special status and impact of leadership is significantly higher than procedure justice, even higher than distributive justice (material benefits). And by means of interviews we found that most of entrepreneurial enterprises’salary and distribution is not open. Therefore, we introduce the concept of interactive justice, to analyze its relationship with organizational commitment and analyze their effect to entrepreneurial enterprise’s survival performance and innovation performance.This research has searched and reviewed the literatures about interactive justice and organizational commitment in Proquest ABI, EBSCO and Science et al. English literature databases direct in recent years, and has developed interviews to some entrepreneur. Based on the literatures review and interviews, this paper puts forward a building theoretical model of interactive justice, organizational commitment and survival performance and innovation performance in the context of Chinese entrepreneurial enterprise.Through the large sample investigation, using SPSS 17.0 for reliability analysis, Common methods of deviation’ inspection, correlation analysis and regression analysis, and using AOMS7.0 for confirmatory factor analysis, structural equation model analysis, this research verified the structural dimensions of interactive justice and organizational commitment, examined the relationship between interactive justice, organizational commitment and survival performance and innovation performance, and built the structural equation path model of interactive justice’s effect to new ventures.The main conclusions are as follows:Interactive justice includes two dimensions-interpersonal justice and informational justice. Organizational commitment includes three dimensions-affective commitment, normative commitment and continuance commitment. Interactive justice is positively related with organizational commitment, interactive justice has a significantly positive prediction effect to the organizational commitment of entrepreneurial enterprise. Interactive justice is positively related with survival performance, interactive justice has a significantly positive prediction effect to the survival performance of entrepreneurial enterprise. Interactive justice is positively related with innovation performance, interactive justice has a significantly positive prediction effect to the innovation performance of entrepreneurial enterprise. Organizational commitment has a partial mediating effect between interactive justice and survival performance. Organizational commitment has a partial mediating effect between interactive justice and innovation performance.The results of this research confirmed that interactive justice is a independent dimension different from procedure justice and distribution justice. We also found that in the situation of Chinese enterprise, managers’authority and the degree of respected is markedly higher than many western countries and employees’psychological dependence to organizations is stronger than the west. So in China the effect of interactive justice is more prominent. Survival performance and innovation performance are two important evaluation index of organizational performance. This will inspire us that by means of improving interactivity and transparency of information of enterprise(or team), we can improve employees’justice, improve employee commitment to the organization, then improve people’s entrepreneurial enthusiasm and entrepreneurial enterprise’survival, promote innovation development of entrepreneurial enterprise, and promote economic and social development.
