Since the evening of Nineties, the automatization level has made good progress in firepower power plan. The capability of single unit is getting more and more, and the size of the central workshop is getting larger and larger. The height and the span of the workshop, as well as the difference of highness between workshops is getting bigger and bigger. This kind of structure is bad for anti-earthquake due to the bigger departure of its center of mass and center of rigidity. The structure is irregular both in plane and vertical, and the power character of this structure in the both principal axes is different a lot, so, that’s seismic unfavorable. Now, simplified calculating methods of vertical frame and horizontal framed bent for plate structure are mostly used in this structure design. For the complex distribution of quality and rigidity of this structure, the calculating method of space turning coupled pair should be considered as a complemental checking calculation for this kind of irregular structure.This dissertation introduces the latest test and the research findings of the frame structure utilized in the central workshop of firepower power plan by engineering design. This paper introduces the seismic analysis method of vertical frame, horizontal framed bent plate structure and space structure seismic analysis in framed bent structure system. This paper analyzes and researches the design plan of the framed bent structure in the central workshop of FangSheng power Plant, selects the most safety, economic and proper structure form according to the result of the analysis and research, mainly analyzes the vibration mode of framed bent structure, period and the structure earthquake response by computer program calculating. This thesis summarizes the feature of force accepting on the effect of earthquake in horizontal for the landscape orientation framed structure through compared the members internal force of space structure with plate structure. Also, it makes some qualitative researches on the adjustment factor of the space effect of the horizontal framed structure. The content of this paper offers some constructive proposals and theoretical references for the design in practical framed bent structure.
