Considering the protection of the cultivated land , the environmental protection, the utilization of waste, the building energy conservation, the economical application and other various aspects, this paper studys the new energy-saving complex wall which adopts the brand-new construction method. Using the recycling packing waste material polystyrene as the main raw material, heat preservation masonry plate which all remains the hole in the horizontal and vertical stroke direction is prefabricated in the production workshop. When heat preservation masonry plate is located and spliced in construct scene, inserts rebar in the hole and pours the concrete to form the net rigid skeleton, as the main load-bearing member. This wall has the below merits: lightweight, good integrity, lower thermal conductivity, constructional convenience, short time of project. The entire process, from manufacturing the component to constructing, is convenient and quick, basically avoiding the noise, the dust, building trash. The studying work is as follows:Firstly, exterior heat preservation material is experimental researched achieving to performance requirement of energy saving wall. Through a series of mix proportion tests, the performance function and added quantity of different raw material such as EPS beads, cement, fly ash, pearlite, addition agent and so on, is analysised to solve problem of difficult integrate characters of EPS beads and cement mortar combine and contradiction between materials mechanics performance and density problem . A best mix proportion of modified lightweight EPS conrete is obtained.Secondly, based non-linear finite element calculation result, complex wall’ s integrity is good.
