The Chinese government to promote foreign investment in a number of legal issues

Since the eighties of twenty century, international investment has replaced international trade to be the main motive force to push world economic ahead in the economic globalization. The governments of developed countries and rising industrialization countries take a series of measures in policy and law to encourage overseas investment and make remarkable effect. Since taking "Going Out" strategy in 1999, overseas investment in China develops rapidly. Our government has realized the important of developing overseas investment and taken many measures to encourage it, but there are still a lot of problems. Therefore, the article research some legal issues about the government how to encourage overseas investment, combining the reality of our country, using the experience of United States, Japan and Korea, in order to be helpful to the development of overseas investment in our country.The article consists of four chapters as follows:The first chapter makes a brief introduction on the general conditions and problems of overseas investment in our country.
