In order to effectively deal with sudden and the large-scale terrorist incidents of violence, non-lethal weapons development more and more get the riot, developed countries value with high mobility of ATV as weapons platform anti-terror work to improve weapon system of fighting terrorism ability is of great significance, and modernization of the control system and make the whole weapon system more controllable optimization, intellectualization. This thesis aimed to develop a central control system is applied to ATV vehicle-mounted weapons device, finish of weapon equipment discretion, turning direction of motion control, realize the state of static or travel to target objects range finder, automatic aiming and according to established fire modes launch projectile and various safety performance testing, and other functions. This paper expounds the ATV vehicle-mounted weapons control system of the overall design, analyzes its structure, control scheme, the control system software and hardware design, etc. First of all, according to the control system requirements, through comparative analysis is proposed based on DSP control system of the overall plan, Then for control system software and hardware design:in hardware design part, this paper expounds on TMS320F2812 was designed for the realization process of the whole control system, adopt modular method, the crucial part to carry on the design of the interface, In software to realize part, analyzes the modules and gives a control flow, formulate the corresponding software; Finally, the system commissioning, validate the design stable operation.
