Research on Construction Project Schedule Planning Based on Uncertain Factors

Construction project is becoming more and more important in the development of current economic in China. Recently,resource has not be the main reason impeding the development of the project, therefore the project management can be the key factor to the success.And the project schedule planning is critical to the level of project management.So whether or not the project can be completed in time, is directly related to the the project’s sucess and the interests of those participant the project. However, in fact the schedule planning of the project is far from satisfactory to the true works.in orde to solve this problem, firstly,this paper use three-dimensional structure of the hall to identifying the factors which affected the project schedule system from three aspects includ the man-made factors,the resources factors and the environmental factors. Then use DEMATEL method to analysising the relationship of each factors and judging the degree of the factors mutual influence,so can be find out the main factors which are the most affected the schedule planning. Finally seen the project’s circumstances as "small sample", "poor information" environment,and put utility theory and grey comprehensive evaluation method to the research of the construction project schedule study, establish a feasible and more accurate estimation method to estimate the schedule of the project.In considering the project management preferences on the base of the influence of the main factors on schedule, eventually got grey comprehensive evaluation of engineering project each work hours and the entire project schedule.
