The development of knowledge economy enhances the human resources management to a higher station in enterprises management, and staffs have already became the first essential factor for enterprises’ development, which means a well designed staff professional development is the must for enterprises to exploit their human resource. Staffs’ mentation and psychology of satisfacton on their present jobs as well as their expectation on their further career opportunities will not only affect staffs’ work enthusiasm, but also play a key role on the staff professional development and long-term development of the enterprise. As a main part of national economy, the state-owned enterprises must make a point managing their staff professional development to keep a steable employees team so as to impel a co-development between employees and enterprise to achieve enterpriese’s sustainable development.This article takes the GX power supply bureau as the research object to study its staffs’ professional development by applying the staffs’ satisfaction investigation and the method of factors analysis. Firstly, a staff satisfaction investigation of 360 emploees of the GX power supply bureau and the subsequent data-processing on the resoult of the investigationis are executived by the use of SPSS statistic software and Lisrel to find the determinal factors on the staff satisfaction ratio and the structure fumulation between each factors and the whole satisfaction, and then analyse the detail relationship between each factors and the whole satisfaction as well as the varety of staff satisfaction on each fator in the term of the population characteristic variable.
