Research on the Integrated Production-inventory Optimal Model in CPFR

In recent years, with the development of science and technology, especially the rapid development of information technology, the market globalization and the diversification of customer’s demand structure make the companies’competition more drastic, and supply chain strategy has undergone the large change. As the brand-new and most realistic choice mode of supply chain management, Collaborative planning, forecasting and replenishment puts emphasis on cooperation each other, and focuses on efficiency and benefit for the entire chain, so that it has become a hot problem in the field of supply chain management. This paper mainly studies the integrated production-inventory optimal model in CPFR which includes one vendor and one buyer. The concrete research contents include:Fist of all, on the base of related theories about collaborative supply chain management, Collaborative planning, forecasting and replenishment and inventory management, the text introduce the concept of collaborative supply chain management, the concept and characteristic of CPFR and the classical model of inventory management.Second, this paper constructs the integrated production-inventory optimal model under the discontinuous manufacture condition, and provides the solution method of the proposed model. On the base of the solution procedure, the iterative algorithm is proposed, and the model is solved by MATLAB7.3. At last, by the analysis of examples and sensitivity analysis, this paper shows that joint decision is better than independent decision, and the effects of various parameters on joint total profit. The result shows that the parameters in demand rate play the most important role in the joint total profit.Third, this paper constructs the integrated production-inventory optimal model under the continuous manufacture condition, and provides the solution method of the proposed model. The proposed model is a very complex constrained optimization problem, so this paper proposes the three-stage optimization method; numerical solution of the proposed model is obtained by MATLAB7.3. At last, by the analysis of examples and sensitivity analysis, this paper also shows how deep the various parameters affect the joint total profit. Also, the parameters in demand rate play the most important role in the joint total profit.This paper mainly discusses the integrated production-inventory optimal model and the solution method in CPFR under coordination commerce pattern. The study results can provide theoretical basis and practical experience for implementing CPFR.
