Analyses of Sale Forecast and MRP Algorithms in MRPⅡ System

With the development of enterprises, affected by the speedy development of information and the increasing production scale of enterprises, enterprises have not processed the production management by handwork and experience for ever, but need an informational and scientific management method. MRPII system is appeared by the requirement of enterprises. During the tens years of development, MRPII system has already supplied a comparatively consummate management idea and scientific solution logic, showing the important operation in the modernization management of enterprises.Sale forecast and MRP (Material Requirements Planning) are two of the most important model in MRPII System. Their algorithms are also the important problems which MRPII system needs to solve. Excellence and conmmon algorithms take a very important affect to a success MRPII system. In this paper I investigate the algorithms design scheme of the sale forecast model and MRP model in MRPII system, at last give available and practical algorithms to enterprises.Chapter one introduction section introduces the basic conception of the MRPII system, introduces its sale forecast model and MRP model particularly, finally introduces the main work and significance of this paper.Chapter two realizes the arithmetic of the sale forecast by BP neural network model and genetic learning algorithm, designs every step of BP neural network and genetic learning algorithm, at last designs the forecast algorithm of production for order enterprises with an instance.Chapter three constructs the basic model of MRP algorithm, analyzes the consideration of every step of it, and designs the computation logic of every consideration, at last designs the MRP algorithms with kinds of considerations. Chapter four concludes the sale forecast algorithms and MRP algorithms discussed in this paper, give an evaluation for them and their limitation.
