In modern wars, air-attack and anti-air-attack have been the main shape of war most of time. High-precision, strong piercing mediate-distance and long-distance onset weapons have played more and more important role, so mediate-altitude and low-altitude anti-missile weapon systems are required for higher grade. That is the background of the fire-control system with floating-platform in air.In this thesis, firstly, the design idea of distributed fire control system of floating- platform in air is brought up and the experimental platform accroding to the actual condition is bulit up. In advanced research, the software and hardware structure of the control system and communication system of the fire-control system with floating- platform in air is designed. The software’ s design scheme of the wireless remote control system and the design idea of central control computer’ s hardware module and application program which are based on ARMLPC2119 chip are presented.Finally, based on the application in practice, the software of floating-observation-platform control system and the communicating module’ s hardware and software of central control computer of floating-observa -tion-platform are designed and achieved. Two technical problems of the fire-control system with floating- platform in air are resolved: how to control observers of floating-platform wirelessly and remotely, how tore lease the communication between floating-platform’ s central control computer and other modules of floating-platform.
