Sustainable Development was analysiz by Calculatiting the ecological footprint and of ecological caying capacity on the basis of the ecological footprint in Liling City.The conclusions are as follows:1.The per capita ecological footprint has increased from 0.906477hm2 to 1.454644hm2 fron 1998 to 2008.2.The per capita ecological carrying capacity has decreased from 0.379465hm2 to 0.377219hm2 fron 1998 to 2008.3. The per capita ecological deficit has increased steadily from 0.528012hm2/cap in 1998 to 1.077425hm2/cap in 2008.4.The ecological footprint per ten thousands yuan GDP of Lilin City has been decreasing year by year, The diversity index of ecological footprint has been increased between 1998 and 2008, Development ability overall raised on the main driving force of ecological footprint is increased..5.The established GM (1,1) model is x(k+1)=1.113716e0.039444k-27.889097and x(k+1)= 0.373358e0.001584k-235.5126263, results showed that:the ecological demand continues to increase; the ecological carrying capacity continues to decline; and the ecological deficit continues to increase.6.The gray relational coefficient analyse show the forest land has the biggest proportions in EF of Living resources account,0.9349,the altogether coal land is the biggest proportions in Energy ecological footprint,0.9889 industrial waste gas is the biggesr proportions on contaminantal account.
