Organ transplantion is a most potent new technique in medical circle since 1950s. People shifted old paradigm to recover the function of those exhausted organs, leading to the revolutionary changes in medical field. "Human organ transplant is accepted by people and our society, for thousands of the dying survived." But meanwhile, it generated unprecedented ethical collision. In China, people view taking organs from the death as losing conscience and are ashamed of it, as tradition is going "body comes from our parents and should not be hurt." At the same time human organ transplant is a challenge to Civil law theories, and dispute related to the issue directly influences the application and improvement of human organ transplant, which is a dilemma to modern medicine organ transplant techniques.China witnesses a wide use of human organ transplant, but relevant laws and regulations seemed insufficient, which stands in the way of the regulation and adjustment of the legal relations of organ transplant, and greatly restricted the development in this field. The absence of the relative legal system has become a bottleneck to the development of organ transplant in our country. Ways of relations adjustment and promotion becomes a priority. Organ transplant brought great economic and social benefits to human development. But its potential dangers also caused many social and ethical problems, like conflicts of science and ethics.To get out of the embarrassment before us, ethical problems have to be considered seriously. The present paper is thus mainly an analysis of some ethical problems and respective solutions. Organ transplant shows our love and protection of our dignity, and reflections of this helps us reconsider the relations between human beings and that between nature and human beings. The writer seeks some systematical ways out of the problems mentioned above, which protects the values, dignities and nature of us and helps us with the problems brought out by the application of medical technologies.
