Microbial adsorption of heavy metals is the removal of heavy metals from an industrial wastewater development potential of the technology. This article select wide range of sources, low cost, and without culture of waste beer yeast as adsorbent and adsorbate in a the electroplating factory production wastewater cadmium adsorption - sedimentation removal of cadmium in the electroplating wastewater on adsorption time, wastewater pH values, adsorption temperature, amount of adsorbent, stirring the relationship between the number of revolutions of the wastewater cadmium ion adsorption effects, conducted a test of the system, at the same time, also uses the washed pretreated waste beer yeast as adsorbent compared experimental research, and also by means of the the adsorbent surface morphology and submicroscopic structure, the surface of the bacterial particles at different pH values ​​and dynamic potential, the infrared spectra before and after the biosorption of heavy metals, free solution before and after adsorption potassium, sodium, calcium, and magnesium ions change the test results, discusses the adsorbent for the adsorption mechanism of cadmium in the electroplating wastewater. The test results showed that the adsorption capacity is better than washing waste beer yeast waste beer yeast. Bacterial adsorption of cadmium wastewater dynamic equilibrium in 10min; waste beer yeast adsorbed cadmium electroplating wastewater pH 6.0, the washing waste beer yeast adsorption the cadmium electroplating wastewater pH of 7.0; the optimum amount of waste beer yeast 16.25g / L, the optimum amount of washing waste beer yeast 40g / L (wet weight); temperature adsorption effect, to achieve effective adsorption at room temperature; biosorption the cadmium electroplating wastewater agitation revolutions of 800r/min. Washing waste beer yeast has good adsorption effect of cadmium in the electroplating wastewater, wastewater cadmium ion content of 26mg / L, the adsorption rate can reach 97.21%, after three adsorption, the cadmium concentration in the wastewater were reduced to 0.24mg / L, 0.08mg / L, that is able to discharge standards. Repeated adsorption of cadmium in the electroplating wastewater by washing in water waste brewer's yeast, 6,7 times after cadmium adsorption rate has been above 60%. Removal of sedimentation method for solid-liquid separation, washing waste beer yeast than the effect of the removal of cadmium in the electroplating wastewater waste beer yeast sedimentation 2.5h, the removal rate of 94.63%. The scanning electron microscope, and infrared spectrometry results showed that the bacterial surface of the important parts of the adsorption occurs; cell surface functional groups-OH, NH, C = O, CN, PS, and cadmium ion complexation is the main form of adsorption, Also accompanied by ion exchange adsorption and electrostatic adsorption.
