The development of contemporary molecular genetics has opened up many new areas of social and human science research . Application and Development of PCR technology in the 1980s , so the study of the DNA of the remains and relics of ancient creatures into possible ancient DNA research emerging multidisciplinary field of research . By comparison with the the modern Xinjiang region population , found that the the ancient the Qiemo population of genetic component may be genetic composition of modern Minority contribute . Combined with the results of the study of archeology and anthropology , we speculated that this ancient population live in an age or earlier period , Europe and Asia between the eastern and western populations may have occurred gene exchange . We have demonstrated that the genetic structure of the Xinjiang the Qiemo ancient crowd is more complex than we expected , which reflect the complexity of the history of Xinjiang and Central Asia . But there is no doubt that the ancient DNA research is to uncover the mystery of human history is very useful and essential tool . Ancient DNA techniques to study the ancient population of the Xinjiang region help to elucidate the history of Eurasia populations of migratory exchanges .
