Holiday Farm is a new type of production in the new situation of China’s agricultural and rural economic development. In recent years, the rapid development of agriculture tourism and Holiday Farm emerging throughout the country, the large scale of Holiday Farm have also been found, and to expand the functions of agriculture played an important role in raising agricultural added value. However, concern is still low economic returns for Holiday Farm, which directly affect the Farm ’s model-driven capacity,unluckly cast a dark shadow over flourishing agriculture tourism.Domestic tourism agricultural development, many types of research and effectiveness focus on mostly the macro level to the existing park development issues study, propose appropriate countermeasures and recommendations,but concern of the internal Structural Elements of the agricultural research Holiday Farm is less. This is the point of focus from micro-elements within the research on Holiday Farm, especially for agricultural Farm analytical studies of the economic value of the internal structure of the elements and tourism value to tourism by improving the internal structure of the agricultural farm to enhance its efficiency, so promoting the healthy development of China’s agricultural tourism.This Paper firstly talk about the concept review and analysis related to Holiday Farm, as described for Farm connotations. Then, through tentative introduction of systems engineering theory, agricultural location theory, landscape ecology theory, the theoretical value of tourism economics and value engineering,so this theories lay the theoretical foundation for the evaluation and optimization options of Structural Elements for Farm. And the current common Structural Elements are classified from the function, and its key attributes discussion and analysised.
