With the deepening of the reform of the system of paid use of land, the construction of China's land market has made considerable development from scratch, from the point to the surface. The role and value of land in the city-building and socio-economic development is increasingly apparent, the land market in the socialist market system is more and more important. The supply of land to become an important means of the new era of national macro-control. Therefore, how the scientific use of the land price lever to regulate the land market, the operation of city land to protect the land market is healthy, stable and orderly development, promote macroeconomic stability and healthy operation has become all levels of government and Land Management solved major problems. Wuhan City, the normative development of the land market as one of the mega-cities of Hubei Province in central China and even the socio-economic sustainable development of great significance.
