The purpose of the use of 16 -slice spiral CT for cardiac enhanced scan a variety of reconstruction imaging workstation for image display coronary plaque : 1 , to determine the nature of the plaque by measure plaques CT value , designed to explore the different nature of the plaque the relationship between the risk of coronary heart disease ; explore the different nature of plaque and its result in the relationship between the degree of stenosis . 35 cases diagnosed in patients with coronary heart disease were divided into two groups according to their risk : ACS group ( including acute myocardial infarction, unstable angina ) and stable angina group . 16 - slice CT coronary angiography ( retrospective ECG gating , 0.5s helical scan ) , workstation image processing, analysis within each group the different nature of the plaque detection ( Schroeder spot block CT value range as standard plaque qualitative ) ; analysis and various properties caused by plaque degree of stenosis . Results of 35 patients with diagnosed coronary heart disease patients , 27 patients in the ACS group found that soft plaque 19 11 intermediate plaque , calcified plaque 7 , and 8 patients with stable angina pectoris soft plaque found in three the middle plaque 3 , 11 calcified plaque , by the statistical chi-square test P < 0.05 was statistically significant , indicating that the intermediate plaque and soft plaque (especially soft plaque ) with the degree of coronary heart disease risk into significant positive correlation ; non - calcified plaque leads to the degree of stenosis : mild stenosis 8 , 9 moderate stenosis , severe stenosis 22 , and calcified plaque : mild stenosis 10 , the moderate stenosis 5 , severe stenosis 5 , the statistical chi-square test P < 0.05 have statistical significance , that the different nature of plaque causes stenosis there was a significant difference .
