Study on the Treatment of Petrochemical Wastewater by Using Biofringe Biofilm Reactor with A/O Process

Petrochemical wastewater is a high concentration of organic wastewater , wastewater large water pollutants are complicated, often large fluctuations of water quality and quantity , and water pollutants harmful organisms , causing serious pollution of water bodies . At present , most of the refinery oil separation - flotation - chemical and biological aeration secondary treatment process, the sewage treatment process ammonia degradation effect . Biofilm reactor process as an emerging technology in recent years has been widely used in high concentrations of sewage and a high concentration of industrial wastewater treatment . In this study, the A / O biological nitrogen removal technology , combined with the advantages of the biofilm reactor , new Biofringe filler with A / O process of combining design integrated A / O shake the bed biofilm reactor . During the experiment , the new packing easy biofilm , time is short, verify the characteristics of a high success rate . Reflux ratio by changing the reactor operating parameters to determine the hydraulic retention time and the carbon and nitrogen than the reactor in terms of COD, NH 3 -N, TN and other indicators remove the effect . Small scale experiments in Zhenhai Refining \u0026 Chemical site to confirm the conditions of optimum operating parameters , namely the hydraulic retention time of 24 hours , the reflux ratio of 3:00 , more than 85% COD removal efficiency NH is 3 -N removal rate reached more than 93% , TN removal rate reached more than 70% of petrochemical wastewater ammonia nitrogen and total nitrogen removal achieved good results . During continuous operation , the experimental reactor unit in the petrochemical wastewater on the removal of various indicators , features a detailed analysis of the study , and provide an experimental basis for further applications in the petrochemical wastewater treatment .
