Helicobacter pylori (Helicobacter pylori, Hp) is a gram-negative bacteria , spiral -shaped , is caused by one occurrence of the main pathogens of chronic active gastritis, gastric and duodenal ulcers , gastric adenocarcinoma , gastric mucosa the incidence of lymphoid tissue (MALT) are closely related. The principal means of existing clinical eradication of Hp is a combination of antibiotics , but because of the universality of drug-resistant strains of bacteria infection continues to increase , the higher the cost , and low patient compliance , limit the efficacy of antimicrobial , so , there is an urgent need for immune prevention research . Helicobacter pylori urease is a high affinity, high activity and high molecular weight proteins . The purified urea enzyme is produced by the urease A subunit and the B subunit . The urease protective force immunogenic surface exposed and highly conserved major antigenic component of Helicobacter pylori urease B subunit (UreB), has been shown to stimulate the body to produce an immune response and has better immune protection . However, since the UreB larger molecules in E. coli is not easy , recombinant expression, and UreB recombinant expression product is mostly the form of inclusion bodies , expressed proteins lose activity and complex extraction process . Therefore, we constructed in our laboratory with a secretory expression system of Escherichia coli genetically engineered bacteria , that is transferred to the ureB its e , f, m three different fragments of the E. coli as the research object , the analysis of the different recombinant proteins ( rUreB E , F, M) , expression and immunological properties . 1 , with the help of bioinformatics technology on the physical and chemical properties of the recombinant protein , secondary and tertiary structure
