Substance flow analysis, there are two main ways: First, the total material flow analysis, the industrial economy as a system, to study the system interface exchange of material flow from the macro; second is the specific material flow analysis, tracking aluminum resources into the various stages of its life cycle, the various stages of material flow exchange. Comprehensive application of the two methods can be more comprehensive analysis of the sustainability of industrial development and the reasons. Two important reasons is caused by the current situation of the industry sources consumption structure and trade structure. Draw on the resources industry experience of the developed countries, aluminum, aluminum resources industry development direction. The article strengthen aluminum scrap imports in the the consumer source structure, should be short-term, consumption and recycling of packaging aluminum policy be tilted; should be controlled in the trade structure, electrolytic aluminum production, to encourage downstream products exports, while speeding foreign the factories process to guarantee the supply of aluminum.
