Ningbo Port Group is a major producer of Ningbo Port , the industry 's large state-owned port enterprises to terminal handling production operations . On the basis of the analysis , the pattern established in Group two suggestions : select two companies of the Group mode , first of all to ensure the realization of enterprise development strategies , to ensure bigger , stronger , doing excellent wharf cargo handling main industry in particular is the core business of container handling . Second , to ensure the realization of the Group's parent company advantages , fully propagated to play the parent company advantages , reasonable set of the Group 's core layer , dense layer and shares layer . Third, we must pay attention to maintain the greatest economic benefit of the Group , to consider the appropriate scale of the parent company and the two companies . Fourth, we should focus on strengthening the management of the parent company and the two companies . To adhere to the Group's financial management integrated operation . Group members should also be considered enterprise management platform standardization , management standardization . Implemented through the adoption of these countermeasures , I believe that the establishment of a group decision and command and capital operation center , the two companies as \center management mode have a greater benefit .
