The Research on Interaction in the Public Crisis of Government and the News Media in China

Entering the 21st century, China’s public crisis outbreaking has multiplied, for in the social transformation in China,how to pull a crisis through, this has become a major subject that China’s government should face to.As an effective spreading tool,news media plays a key role in the government crisis management.Obviously,the unhealthy relationships of government and the news media has been gradually revealed in the past time, and this circumstances are not propitious for further solution of crisis. But we should wake up to the situation that positive interaction of governments and media will lay the foundation for solving crisis effectively.Therefore, how to adjust the relationship between the two and reach them a best state under the historical background of new era, it have the direct bearing on effect of crisis Handling, and have respect to the stability of our harmonious society.This paper is divided into four chapters.The first chapter mainly introduces public background and value of this research of the selected topic,then to present the new ideas during this paper.Summarizing the typical cases in the world and arranging count statement of the research at home and abroad,then forming a briefly introduction on this paper.The second chapter studied the respective role of government and the news media in the public crisis environment,analysing the subjects for existing in detail, and elaborated the classification of the government in crisis communication with the media, and points out that both the important role of the necessity of communication.The third chapter studied the situation of interaction of government and the news media between developed countries and our China.Certainly approving the positive interaction on developed countries. Analysing our government and media interactive mode and the status in-depth, then finding out deficiencies.What’s more,absorbing the experience from abroad to lay the foundation for the further development on path analysis.According to describetion on the unhealthy state about interaction of our government and news media,chapter 4 coordinates the feckless relationship that between the government and news media in our China from the Angle of theory,then putting forward a suggestion that improve the interactive relationship between our government and news media, so as to promote the interaction between them,in order to achieve the goal that perfect the government dealing with crisis effectively in public crisis.This paper try to analyse behavior that between our government and news media status by combining the freshly cases scientifically, promoting the unhealthy statement to turn better between the two roles during the public crisis gradually,removing obstacles and creating conditions in order to help the government to fix public crisis,for the purpose that assist our government controlling our society gloriously.
