Concept of corporate social responsibility has become an important global issue, with China with the world continues to deepen, corporate social responsibility are increasingly subject to domestic business and academic attention. China's current production and business activities of private enterprises to evade social responsibility very serious condition, such as the lack of integrity counterfeiting fraud, high energy consumption and high pollution, tax evasion, labor relations discord, etc., hinder the sustainable development of enterprises, but also seriously undermined the social the vital interests of the public. Promote corporate social responsibility is a prerequisite for the development of corporate social responsibility concept that people agrees, therefore, to understand the concept of corporate social responsibility people's identity status is particularly important. This paper selected private enterprise employees the recognition status of corporate social responsibility as the research object, private enterprise employees through surveys of corporate social responsibility concept of identity status from private enterprise employee perspectives to understand social responsibility of private enterprises as well as the implementation of the existing problems, thus identify private corporate social responsibility implementation needs to be improved for the development of corporate social responsibility and improve humble heart. This paper mainly through questionnaires, through literature analysis and statistical analysis, with three key assumptions for clues, three assumptions: first, the different age levels, job category, education level, wage levels of staff of the enterprise private enterprise the recognition of the concept of social responsibility different conditions. Older, job, education level, the higher the wage level, the recognition of corporate social responsibility more depth. Second, private enterprise employees agree on corporate social responsibility prejudices exist, mainly in two aspects, one is that social responsibility should be performed by the Government, has nothing to do with the enterprise, the enterprise's only goal is the pursuit of profit; second is that corporate social responsibility and Staff irrelevant. Third, through corporate social responsibility construction mechanism that can guide private enterprises to employees of corporate social responsibility concept of identity. The first examines the private enterprise employees the recognition status of corporate social responsibility, including corporate social responsibility and the understanding of the concept and status, and private enterprise employees the recognition of corporate social responsibility to analyze the characteristics, the study found, employee age, education level and employees agree on the impact of corporate social responsibility has little income levels and job categories of employees of different CSR identity case there is a difference; Second, from a social identity motives, biases and values the three aspects of private enterprise CSR staff recognition capability analysis to identify the identity problems, where there are two biases, namely that companies do not need to shoulder social responsibility and corporate social responsibility has nothing to do with the staff; Finally, according to the results of the analysis put forward to enhance the private enterprise Employee recognition of CSR Construction paths.
