The private enterprises are a major component in our country’s economy. Since the opening-up policy, they are becoming stronger and stronger. The private enterprises are playing a very important role in the economic development in our country. Nowadays, our country is facing a big change in economic structure. Medium and small private enterprises are facing more challenges and opportunities. Therefore, the inner organization and administration of companies is becoming a crucial problem. The degree of the satisfaction of the staff is one of the central questions in terms of human resources management. Therefore, the researches on the degree of the satisfaction of the staff are absolutely necessary in order to improve and optimize the inner organization and administration of companies.In this paper ,153 staff working in the medium and small private enterprises of Yi Li Logistics were selected to be the subjects of the questionnaire --- the degree of the satisfaction of the staff. The following conclusions can be drawn with the help of the use of SPSS Statistics Analysis Software.1. The analysis of the credibility of the questionnaire. The questionnaire is proved to be effective and credible.2. The degree of the satisfaction of the staff is analyzed through five factors --- their satisfaction about the work return, the working environment, the interpersonal relationship, the prospect of the job and the job performance.3. The degree of the satisfaction of the staff is 2.3,relatively low. The situation is not very satisfactory. Five factors that affect employee satisfaction scores were high to low: the work of returns, job prospects, job performance, working environment and working relationships.4. Overall satisfaction with job rewards, work environment, working relationships, job prospects, job performance of each factor were significant positive correlation.5. The final regression equation fitted with good results, to obtain the regression model: overall satisfaction with the work of return = 0.279 work return +0.326 working environment +0.125working relationship +0.151 job prospects +0.305 work performance.6. For different gender, different marital status, different ages, different seniority, different types of work that employees are taking, the job satisfaction is in general significantly different, and employee’satisfaction scores on each factor are not the same on different qualifications overall satisfaction scores and the factor is not significantly different.Based on the results of the analysis of the degree of the satisfaction of the staff in Yi Li Logistics, some measures will be put forward to improve the situation, such as setting up more scientific payment and welfare system, Improve the management level, improve the employees’training system, Form a good relationship, Improve the incentive mechanism etc.
