Recrystallization and grain growth is the important process of processing metal materials , physical metallurgy process . Experimental research methods to study the recrystallization and grain growth process is not only time-consuming , and many factors are difficult to accurately control . Computer simulation technology for the simulation of metal material recrystallization and grain growth process is used to provide a very effective means of its the organization dynamic evolution and image simulation . In this paper, cellular automata metal recrystallization and grain growth process is simulated . Based on cellular automata method , materials recrystallization theory and simulation theory , combined through computer simulation and image analysis techniques were established grain growth and recrystallization model simulations to complete the process of recrystallization and grain growth , and simulation study of the variation of the microstructure and the overall grain morphology changes . The basic application CA model and MC model simulated grain growth behavior in line with the theoretical basis of the material and the actual law . This article will also CA law and MC couples Simulation of grain growth , better simulation results . The established analog recrystallization kinetics model , simulation statistical results and the microstructure simulation results and existing theory of recrystallization and law and literature experimental results are basically the same , to verify the model built recrystallization reasonable .
