This work mainly around the electric locomotive auxiliary circuit working status online detection and fault diagnosis system of this research project , the paper mainly discusses the structure and working principle of the electric locomotive auxiliary circuits , analysis of the electric locomotive auxiliary circuit common fault , common failure analysis to determine the amount of electric locomotive auxiliary circuit fault diagnosis fault state . The paper design of the A / D converter circuit and the switch detection circuit and A / D converter circuit analog locomotive network side voltage and current , the traction motor armature voltage , armature current , field current , leakage current the amount is detected by the switch detection circuit to achieve the detection of the signal of the display state on the main and auxiliary display driver room . The paper also the storage , transmission and processing of the detected data . Design a data storage circuit CF card and wireless module data transfer circuit . The memory circuit can be sent to the data of the detecting unit is stored , the data transmission circuit may send the data back to the ground . The paper examines the data filtering technology , data filtering . The paper also based on the principle of fault diagnosis of locomotive auxiliary circuit fault diagnosis and fault location . Diagnostic system is able to give the fault location , the type of failure and troubleshooting .
