The operation of the power system , the switching operation of the arrangement grid is the dispatcher the most important one of the day-to-day work . Over the past decade , the use of the principle of the development of expert systems Dispatching Operation System made ​​a lot of achievements , but it has not really been to promote the open , the main reason the following three points : First, the grid structure is complex , grid operator unlike substation switching operation , strict logical relationship and sequence of operations , terminology is not uniform throughout the operation , therefore more difficult comprehensive specification that knowledge related to the operation of the grid , the expert system ; the flexible grid operation , compared with difficult to guarantee the correctness of the votes ; expert system inference generated resources preservation of the environment is not ideal , the user can not conveniently be involved in the expansion of the system resources , modify , and maintain the system lacks vitality . In response to the above problems , this paper carried out the research, of the of Dispatching Operation expert system knowledge representation and reasoning mechanism proposed theory , Yancheng regional power grid to be achieved for the object . The main work is as follows : ( 1 ) in-depth analysis of the operation ticket expert system should have the function as the overall structure of the basic design of the system ; (2) the application of cognitive science , the concept of cognitive theory , to establish a hierarchical grid cognitive model. Based on this model , using the object-oriented approach grid knowledge , the establishment of the the library network topology of the computer can be identified ; ( 3) the definition of \, the versatility of the operating rules of the library ; (4) as the core operation blackout \embodied intelligence expert system ; (5) , Yancheng grid - developed areas of the actual object operation scheduling expert system is modular in design , in the realization of the process so that the knowledge base and the inference engine independent of each other ; aspects of the conditions in the operating rules proposed script form , making multiple facts integrated database to reduce redundancy and improve the efficiency of reasoning , and maintenance is simple , with the promotion of significance .
