In fact, the development of school is due to teachers’development. If teachers can improve students’ability and they can improve themselves that it will lead school to develop. Then, a developed school can provide a perfect environment to the teachers and students. And they can have more conditions to develop. It is a very important factor that if the teachers make progress what makes school, teachers and students to a high level. So, the first problem that we need to solve is how to improve the teachers’ professional knowledge level in a short time and get a big progress.The example of this paper is the integrating system of teachers’development in Zaide primary school of Zhongshan. Base on a lot of researches that include survey, case analysis and so on that state and explain detailedly. According to the teachers’ psychological need to study the status of teachers’professional level in Zaide primary school of Zhongshan. To analyze the main problems and find out the main factors that brings forward several methods to improve them. The result orientation is under the new education requirement that we should change our key points from abstract to detail and efficiency. It is an useful equipment that make good use to the educational standards to improve teachers’professional level. From some researches, we can find many theoretics and research sample. For the different educational situation and different individual, we have the different result. If we want to get some actual effect, we must follow the fact to implement the measures. We should allow the teachers have their characteristic when they work. That can drive teachers to update themselves for school and become a more and more excellent teacher!
