The study is divided into five parts:The first part is introduction, To explain the study background, research significance, purpose,research methodology and framework.The second part explain the "quality education" background elementary school classroom discipline management of the new requirements, quality education of our country’s system construction background, education quality of the connotation, structure, the goals, and the "quality education" background elementary school classroom discipline management face the new situation, the new challenges comprehensively discussed.The third part analyses deeply from the primary school classroom discipline problems in the management,of these problems and the characteristics of the classified.The fourth part analyzes the elementary school classroom discipline management the cause of the problem. In this paper, the reason that can be roughly from three aspects, that is, different course perspective, teaching the subject and object perspective and the management way of class discipline to analyze. The fifth part to further strengthen and improve management tactics of classroom discipline pupils are discussed in this paper.
