With developing and applying of Information Technology, the world has entered into an information time. The economy is developing toward to globalization. The enterprises of China are facing to high marketable competition environment never meted before. Their rapid developments are restricted seriously by traditional management method and technology. Especially for large and middle scale enterprises of China, Implementing ERP becomes an important step to improve the competition of strategy layout rapidly. However, most of enterprises just build only for informationlization in the course of building management informatlionization, They ignore how to use information technical in the aspects as intention, idea, organization and process to promote the change of management and innovation of process. The BPM idea developed from BPR technology can improve the efficiency of the whole enterprise’s business process. The company can satisfy the customer’s requirement better. It still can acquire competition advantage in the new environment. The BPM idea has been proved by many famous enterprises in the world, which have practiced and applied successfully through the course of building management informationlization. This article takes an example that an enterprise’s implement BPM during implementing ERP to introduce the method and step when company implements BPM. This article will be helpful to the china enterprises’ BPM when they implement the ERP.Firstly, it introduces the theory of BPM and ERP, Secondly, It describes the strategy of implement ERP and introduces the method and tools of business process modeling, and the angle of business process modeling, then takes a company’s BPM for example, It introduces every step of the company BPM: survey of business process, legacy business process modeling, analysis of business process, target business process modeling, business process implement, business process improvement continuous and the detail problem in every step. Finally, It introduces the trends of BPM to let the enterprises can learn more about the orientation and effect of BPM in advance.For the methods and tools have been used in the practice of BPM, It has referring idea for the companies in some degree when they implement ERP and BPM.
