In the 21st century, human being is stepping out of industrial civilization at a surprising speed into an information technology era with great innovation. With the rapid development of information and technology, multimedia and Internet are beginning to infiltrate our living fields, and exert striking influence on education. The information education brings the cause chances of innovation and development, meanwhile austere challenging.Information literacy constitutes partially the complete societal human being and developing this quality associates with how to base us in the information society. Teachers play an important role of impetus and pioneer in developing information literacy, so teachers’information literacy is considered as the elements, which make up the comprehensive power of a school.
