On Practical Exploration of Construction of Students’ Self-management System

When talking about students’education, the famous educator Cyxomjnhcknn once said:"There is a belief which plays an important role in the creative work of education, that is, it is no real education without self-education". That is to say, self-education is an essential part in the development of students’individual character as any education does not work without this part. Therefore, changing education concept, applying self-education and self-management, strengthening students’ability of self-monitor, self-guidance and self-constraint in order to form good learning habits by themselves are what the education should pay much attention to.In discussing the following seven aspects:to creat all necessary organizations; to establish the detailed rules; to carry out various activities; to form a favorable enviornment; to teach students to take exams honestly; to enhance the qualified training; to construct diversified asseseement and recognition system to guarantee the development of students’self-managemant, taking NO.1 High School of Domen, Zhuhai as an example, this thesis will explain the strategies of constructing students’ self-management system in board school, analyze the effectiveness of applying this system and put forward the reflection.
