β-cyclodextrin \In the process of clathrate formed, neither covalent bond scission occurs, and also does not generate a new covalent bond, mainly based on matches between the van der Waals forces, hydrophobic interaction, hydrogen bond, the main guest molecule role weak mutual role. β-cyclodextrin inclusion complex can alter the physical and chemical nature of the guest molecule, such as: water-soluble, toxicity, spectroscopic properties, stability, targeting, etc.. In recent years, β-cyclodextrin is widely used in food, medicine, analysis, electrochemical, and environmental industries. In this paper, the β-cyclodextrin as host molecules, selected hydroxy acid, bifunctional molecules containing benzene ring as a guest molecule molecular recognition, select ascorbic acid drug molecules drug inclusion experiments. This article is mainly to do the work of the following two aspects: (a) β-cyclodextrin in aqueous solution hydroxybenzoic acid, o-nitrophenol, m-nitrophenol of three molecules of bifunctional molecules containing benzene ring recognition performance using infrared spectroscopy, nuclear magnetic resonance to characterize inclusion complexes, infer its inclusion model. The results show that: the host molecule and the guest molecule to form a molar ratio of 1:1 inclusion complexes; main guest molecule inclusion stability and guest molecules the spatial configuration of the substituent group, and hydrophobicity of the substituent. (B) as the object of ascorbic acid, thymol, benzoin drug molecules, β-cyclodextrin inclusion and solubilization of these drug molecules. Using high-performance liquid chromatographic determination of the content of the inclusion complex drug molecules to calculate the rate of inclusion. The results show that: β-cyclodextrin inclusion of drug molecules to improve the solubility of the drug molecules. Measured by NMR characterization of the inclusion ratio between the host molecules and drug molecules, the results show that the host molecules and drug molecules are 1:1 inclusion than the formation of inclusion complexes.
