Objective: cold gutta side pressure filling technology used as a control , three warm gutta after root canal filling root tip , root and the coronal gutta density that is filled with gutta area percentage (percentage of gutta- percha-filled area, PGFA) and coronal microleakage (coronal microleakage), the evaluation three warm gutta percha filling techniques obturation . Methods: freshly extracted complete single 80 isolated teeth root canal , from the enamel cementum sector transection tooth after using the crown-down root canal preparation with step-back method of combining the main tip file (master apical file , MAF) is 25 ~ # . Prepare the way for the completion of the root canal randomly divided into four groups , respectively, with the following technical Filling : ( 1 ) Cold the gutta finding pressure method (cold lateral condensation, CLC); (2) vertical condensation of warm gutta ( the warm content verticalCompare condensation WVC); (3) thermoplastic gutta injection pressure method (Obtura Ⅱ); (4) , ultrasonic vibration lateral condensation method (ultrasonic lateral condensation, ULC). Measurement of the percentage of the area of the gutta-percha filling : root canal filling , randomly selected in each group of 10 root canal , each root canal crown 1 /3 , 1 /3 and apical 1 / 3 of the midpoint of the Hengduan the sample was observed under a Nikon ME600 industrial microscope ( × 5 ) image recorded by image analysis software , the area of the root canal of the cross-sectional area and gutta percha filling calculated PGFA . Coronal microleakage measurements root crown immersed in India ink sample by decalcification dehydration : dry after each set of 10 root canal made ​​of transparent teeth . Camera with a digital camera imaging and entered into the computer , the degree of penetration through photoshop cs image processing software evaluation ink . Results: (1) PGFA : 1/3 of the coronal , WVC group and Obtura Ⅱ group of PGFA significantly greater than CLC group and ULC group ( P < 0.05 ) ; while between WVC group and Obtura Ⅱ group without significantly with difference ( P > 0.05); ULC group was significantly greater than the CLC group ( P <0.05 ) . 1 / 3 in the root the the WVC group and the group of Obtura Ⅱ PGFA significantly greater than the CLC group ( P <0.05 ) , there was no significant difference between the WVC group , Obtura Ⅱ group and ULC group and between the CLC group and ULC group (P> 0.05).
