The furnace is not only one of the most important equipment of the rolling line , but also energy-hungry . The slab heating technology directly affects the quality of the strip products , energy consumption and mill life . Furnace optimization the set control technology promotion of major significance of iron and steel enterprises . Furnace production to meet the requirements of rolling slab temperature distribution and the billet surface oxidation burning at least minimum energy consumption . Furnace has the characteristics of nonlinearity , uncertainty, coupled dynamic characteristics is difficult to be described by mathematical models , classic optimization control method is difficult to achieve satisfactory control effect only rely on operator experience to control the underlying loop setting , when conditions change , tend to make the actual value of the process indicators deviate from the target range , resulting in decreased product quality , increased consumption . For the above, do the following work : 1. The billet temperature prediction model based on state space , so as to solve the difficulties difficult to measure the temperature of the billet heating furnace production process , and provides an important foundation for the the furnace optimization settings control . 2 . The furnace optimization settings control method based on production targets . The method uses a feedforward , feedback , adaptive , fuzzy control and soft measuring a variety of advanced control technology and expert rules to adjust the oven temperature settings to achieve the integration of modeling and control of the production process . 3 . Object-oriented approach to program design of the furnace optimization settings control method , while a large number of simulation studies have shown that the technology to achieve the effective control of the billet roughing temperature , billet rough rolling temperature deviation within the target range ( ± 10 ° C ) .
