With the rapid development of science and technology, information technology and economic globalization, the rapid arrival of the basic education curriculum in the world undergoing profound changes. The current English test with teaching coordination and seriously lagging behind in teaching, teachers do not know enough of the English language test and for the implementation of the language test. How the first line of the English teachers training and development, how to design a language papers promote perfect English test. The evaluation criteria of the English language test, in addition to the viability of a project, the reliability and validity of the test. The teaching of English to their test can not be separated, but test whether the teaching is always a positive role in promoting teaching and the quality of the test to pass the test to ensure, to the reliability and validity, authenticity, interactivity and usability reached a high level, but also to a positive impact on teaching. This teaching quality detection mere formality, only design a good test mode and improve teaching strategies, to said test validity. In this paper, the basic theory of the test, five of Bachman Palmer (1999: 17) on the English test quality requirements of reliability, validity, and interactive-based analysis of problems exist in the English test. The fifth part is a the conclusions mainly introduce the research results, the limitations of the study, and of the actual teaching high school English.
