Health monitoring of large-scale civil engineering for the assessment of the reliability and safety of the structure , to predict the long-term accumulation or sudden disasters caused structural damage potential accidents of great significance , is increasingly becoming a research focus of the field of civil engineering . Recognition of the state of engineering structures is an important part of the health monitoring system . With the depth of research and engineering applications , wireless sensor become an important research direction to expand the scope of application of the health monitoring system . Firstly, through the practical needs of the Health Monitoring of Civil Engineering , presented the conceptual design of a wireless sensor suitable for full-scale structural fluctuation test to determine the appropriate design specifications , component performance and data transfer . And development of the wireless sensor for the performance test, to compare the performance of the wireless systems and wireline systems . Wireless sensor applications to structural health monitoring , data acquisition system , the most important thing is to solve the synchronization problem of the sensor in the process of data collection . Start from the generation of the delay error analysis of the pros and cons of ambient vibration the trial ( pulsations test ) data processing time domain and frequency domain algorithm , and the frequency domain using MATLAB the peak pickup method (PP) and the time domain eigensystem realization algorithm (ERA) and its associated random decrement technology and NExT technology . By the numerical model and test case to examine the accuracy of different algorithms to identify the structural dynamic parameters and contains delay test data processing , analysis of the possible impact of the delay on the test . Finally, a brief discussion of the direction for further work .
