Servo actuator system is an important subsystem of civilian aircraft fly-by-wire system, its reliability is one of the important technical indicators. Servo actuator system reliability will directly affect the reliability and security of the civilian aircraft. Research servo actuator system reliability analysis and design methods is very important. This paper studies the civilian aircraft servo actuator system reliability analysis and design methods, including reliability modeling methods, the design method for reliability analysis method, redundancy, and several commonly used analysis method implemented in software. The third chapter describes the common reliability modeling and analysis methods. First introduce a reliability block diagram of several basic model, the model of a servo actuator system reliability and mission reliability model; then expounded the basic symbols of the fault tree, qualitative and quantitative analysis, the establishment of a \machine does not move for the top event of the fault tree analysis; fuzzy fault tree analysis applied to electro-hydraulic steering gear, and gives examples of applications. Redundancy design is an important content of the servo actuator system reliability design. The fourth chapter describes the main contents of the servo system redundancy design, the application of Markov chain modeling and simulation analysis carried out on two different types of servo actuator system solutions failure rate and fault coverage of parameters system reliability. The reliability analysis of the software for the servo actuator system provides computer-aided tools, greatly saves computational analysis, with strong engineering application value. Sixth Petri net model is introduced into the servo actuator system reliability modeling, discusses the definition of Petri nets, trigger rules and basic behavior. Then discusses stochastic Petri nets and generalized stochastic Petri nets, generalized stochastic Petri net model of the servo actuator system, and finally discuss the solution method of stochastic Petri nets.
